Beacon Grand Hotel — ERCES Installation
450 Powell Street, San Francisco
HetNet Wireless is soliciting bids from qualified ERCES / public safety DAS integrators for a complete Emergency Responder Communications Enhancement System at the Beacon Grand Hotel. Qualified integrators may request the full RFP package and design set below.
About the Property
Originally opened in 1928 as the Sir Francis Drake Hotel, the Beacon Grand is a 416-room historic landmark at the corner of Sutter and Powell, steps from Union Square and along San Francisco's iconic Powell Street cable car line. Renamed in 2022 following a major renovation, the 21-story property remains one of the most recognizable hotels in downtown San Francisco. This ERCES installation will deliver compliant in-building emergency responder radio coverage across the property's guest floors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in support of SFFD Section 510 / Administrative Bulletin 3.04 requirements.
