Founder & Managing Partner
Bryan is the Founder and Managing Partner of HetNet, bringing more than 20 years of experience in wireless communications and public safety systems. He leads the company’s team specializing in first responder radio coverage design, engineering, testing, maintenance, and monitoring. Before founding HetNet, Bryan co-founded SOLiD USA and helped launch several successful technology ventures across the U.S. and Latin America. Fun fact: Bryan enjoys traveling, coaching his son’s basketball team, and cheering on the Florida Gators.
Manager of Testing Services
Jamie has been with HetNet since 2015 and leads the Testing Services team, coordinating closely with AHJs, city and county communications, and dispatch offices to ensure systems meet local compliance standards. She is passionate about public safety and committed to keeping projects on track and up to code. Fun fact: Jamie enjoys football, horseback riding, dog training, and spending time with her family.
Partner & Head of Operations
Mike has been with HetNet since 2013 and leads the Operations team with expertise in DAS design, propagation modeling, and RF engineering. His team has produced more than 2,500 designs and models supporting both wireless carriers and first responder systems. Mike also holds iBwave Level 3 certification and an FCC General Radio Operator’s License. Fun fact: Mike is an Ironman finisher who enjoys triathlons and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughters.
Manager of Client Success
Violetta joined HetNet in 2023 and leads the Client Success team, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish while providing guidance and support throughout the process. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service through her team of Account and Project Managers. Fun fact: Violetta enjoys concerts, cooking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her fiancé Justin and son Aiden.
Partner & Head of Sales
Matt joined HetNet in 2015 after spending 20 years in the wireless technology industry. He leads sales and consulting efforts, helping businesses develop effective ERRCS solutions and compliance strategies. Matt also founded an ERRCS Committee under the California Automatic Fire Alarm Association and holds an FCC GROL license. Fun fact: Matt is an avid mountaineer currently working to summit the Cascade Mountain volcanoes.
Technical Services Manager
Michael has been with HetNet since 2019 and serves as Technical Services Manager and Lead Engineer for ERRCS and Cellular DAS projects. He oversees system design, supports field operations, and helps ensure systems meet all required performance and code standards. Throughout his career, he has tested more than 1,000 buildings and supported hundreds of system deployments. Fun fact: Michael enjoys live music, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Manager of Design Services
Ken has been part of the HetNet team since 2016 and oversees Design Services, working closely with clients and Authorities Having Jurisdiction to deliver complete and compliant submittal packages. He is dedicated to creating a smooth customer experience while ensuring projects stay on schedule and exceed expectations. Fun fact: Ken enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, golfing, traveling, and live music.
Project Services Team Lead
Austin joined HetNet in 2025 and brings more than 12 years of experience in construction and project management. As Project Services Team Lead, he oversees projects from planning through execution while managing a team focused on efficiency, quality, and successful delivery. His background includes estimating, installations, and Bill of Materials development. Fun fact: Austin enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and daughter at Lake Shasta.
